Booking and Service Terms
Terms for booking and receiving BLCKROOM wellness massage and bodywork services.
1. Provider, scope and acceptance
These terms govern bookings for wellness massage and bodywork provided by Aleksandr Polishchuk under BLCKROOM. By confirming a booking, the consumer accepts them. Mandatory consumer rights prevail.
2. Services and prices
RESET - Relax Massage: 60/90/120 min, EUR 65/90/110; RELEASE - Deep Tissue Massage: 60/90/120 min, EUR 70/95/120; STILL - Relax + Energy Massage: 90/120 min, EUR 110/140; CONTINUITY - 3x90/5x90 min packs, EUR 250/385. Final terms are confirmed before booking; later price changes do not affect confirmed bookings.
3. Contract formation
A request by phone, email, WhatsApp or Telegram does not guarantee availability. The booking and contract are formed only when BLCKROOM confirms in writing a specific service, price, date, time and duration. The confirmation and terms must be retainable. Do not send health data digitally.
4. Payment and documents
Payment method and timing are agreed in the confirmation. The legally required tax document is issued. For a document with NIF, the client must provide it correctly. There is no integrated website payment in this version.
5. Cancellation and lateness
Cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the appointment is free. Less than 24 hours or no-show may incur EUR 25, subject to legally relevant circumstances assessed in good faith. If the client is late, the session ends at the scheduled time and the price is not reduced unless another arrangement is possible. If BLCKROOM cancels, the client may reschedule or receive a full refund for that session.
6. Packs
The 3x90 and 5x90 minute packs are paid once, personal and valid for 3 months from purchase. Only one pack session may be Relax + Energy Massage. They are not redeemable for cash except where law requires. Refunds or extensions apply where legally required or use is prevented by BLCKROOM; other extensions require written agreement.
7. Gift vouchers
Digital vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase, may be transferred before use and are subject to booking and availability. They are not redeemable for cash except where law requires. Service, duration, value and validity appear on the voucher or confirmation.
8. Distance contract and withdrawal
Where a contract is concluded at a distance and no exception applies, the consumer has 14 days to withdraw without reason by an unequivocal statement to pr.alexander.p@gmail.com. To begin service during that period, the consumer must expressly request this on a durable medium and acknowledge loss of the right after full performance. If withdrawal follows the start, a proportionate amount is payable. After full performance with the required consent and acknowledgement, the right is lost.
9. Suitability, conduct and safety
Services are wellness services, not medical care. BLCKROOM may adapt, stop or refuse a session for safety concerns, inappropriate behaviour, harassment, intoxication or a request for erotic or sensual services. Tantric, erotic and sensual services are not offered. If clinical suitability is uncertain, seek healthcare advice before booking.
10. Complaints, ADR and law
Questions and complaints: pr.alexander.p@gmail.com. Electronic Complaints Book. Electronic complaints are answered within 15 working days unless a shorter special period applies. Consumers may contact CACCL subject to its jurisdiction and rules. Portuguese law applies, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
