2. Nature of the services
BLCKROOM provides wellness massage and relaxation-focused bodywork. It does not provide healthcare, diagnoses or prescriptions and is not a substitute for consultation, treatment or rehabilitation by a qualified healthcare professional.
References to relaxation, energy, breathing or energy centres describe the experience and are not medical claims. If you are unwell, injured, under treatment, recently had a procedure, have a high-risk pregnancy or are unsure, seek qualified healthcare advice before booking.
3. Prices and tax documents
Current prices and durations appear on the website and are confirmed in writing before a booking is complete. The Article 53 CIVA VAT exemption applies while its legal conditions remain satisfied. Legally required tax documents are issued.
4. Intellectual property and external services
Website content and brand assets belong to BLCKROOM or are used under licence. Commercial reuse requires permission or another lawful basis. WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Maps, Instagram and other external links open independent platforms under their own terms.
5. Complaints and disputes
Electronic Complaints Book: livroreclamacoes.pt. A consumer may contact CACCL, subject to its jurisdiction and rules. This does not claim full BLCKROOM membership in CACCL. Portuguese law applies, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
